Advisor to Kuzco, Yzma seems to believe that is should be she taking care ofall the trivial peasant matters in the kingdom. Every few years she gets a new helper and "this years model" is called Kronk. Yzma is a scientist in nature who toys with black magic, she tries to use this to her advantage to kill Kuzco but it's bungled and now she has to take care of it herself.
