Orphaned at a young age, Rune Venus was forced to take up a lot of responsibilities as leader of her country. Though frequently very lonely, she led her people kindly and fairly. Her life was turned upside-down when the people of Earth arrived - including a boy called Makoto, who she would eventually come to love.
