Tsubame came from France to prevent the Akihabara Denno Gumi from interfering in Rosenkreuz's operations. She has command over Shooting Star, but Shooting Star uses her for his purposes instead. She is very introverted, shows very little emotions, and doesn't talk much. She is not used to social life because she lived in an isolated castle in France.
