Stormy could be considered another one of Rainbow Brite's antagonists, but they have more of a love-hate relationship. Stormy is in charge of thunderstorms and the winter season, when everyone must rest and wait for spring to arrive. Stormy might like clouds, but she doesn't like gloom spread by villains against Rainbow and all she loves.
