When Ruki Makino took a leap of faith into the D-Reaper/Chaos, she was able to biomerge with Renamon to become Sakuyamon. They held it at bay long enough to return the Tamers and their partners to the real world. When Dobermon gave the Tamers his data in Episode 45, they were able to biomerge once again to defeat the D-Reaper.
