Rouge is a very mysterious girl who fell from the sky and landed on Yusuke. She lost all of her memories and lives with Yusuke and his landlords. When Yusuke is danger, Rouge can use her powers to save him. Rouge is also being tracked down by evil forces from the Underworld to find the 'Master Key' that Rouge is supposed to have.
