Helena is the ruler of Queen Earth, a parallel world. Queen Earth has been ravaged by Dark Joker and the Black Vaccine, and the Earth is about to fall victim to it as well. Helena knows that their only hope is to find the legendary Nurse Angel, and sends out Kanon to find her.
