Neu is a mystery. She has no memory of her past and her true identity is unknowns. However, she is almost identical to Asuka,  Yoji's former partner. He is convinced she's Asuka and constantly tries to get her to remember their past. At one point, it seems she does begin to remember, but later claims it was an act. Weather or not she was telling the truth is unknown. She generally fights with martial arts.
