Formerly in the motorcycle division, Leona is assigned to the Dominion Tank Police. She doesn't have a very successful start (she completely demolishes the Squad Commander's Tiger Special on her first day), but she quickly learns how to adapt to and even love the Dominion Tank Police. She is somewhat dense and sports quite a temper.
