Ikuko Tsukino

QUICK BIO
This is the mother of Usagi Tsukino/Sailor Moon. She is always seen with an apron on in the anime, and will take care of the younger sailors (chibi moon and chibi chibi moon) at almost any time, although she is normally brainwashed while doing this. In the manga, her hair changes color from blue to pink.
