Not only Duke Dermail's granddaughter, but also daughter of late General Catalonia. When Relena revives the Sank Kingdom and founds a school where she can teach her pacifist philosophies, Dorothy enrolls as an exchange student. Here she quickly establishes herself as the anti-Relena, countering the young queen's optimistic teachings with the cynical view that, deep down, people love war and will never embrace peace.
