Arashi Kishu is the Hidden Priestess of Ise Shrine, protecting the treasure of the Shrine, the Sword of Ise. This Sword is inside her body, and is taken out through her hand when she fights. She is one of the Seven Seals, or one of the Dragons of Heaven that must protect the Earth from destruction.
